Can investors obtain citizenship through the EB-5 program?

Obtaining a green card through the EB-5 program does not guarantee citizenship. However, after holding a green card for at least five years (three years if obtained through marriage to a U.S. citizen), an individual may be eligible to apply for naturalization and become a U.S. citizen.
